The Easiest Way to Make Shark Fin Soup

 ingredients:

50 grams of dried shark fins
150 grams of boiled chicken breast, cut into long
1,000 ml chicken stock
2 stalks spring onion, cut into pieces
3 cm ginger, cut into thin strips
4 hioko mushrooms, cut into thin strips
100 grams of bamboo shoots, cut into thin strips
2 tablespoons oil for sauteing
2 tablespoons rice wine
1 tablespoon wine vinegar
2 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon cornstarch, thawed
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
plus 2 1/2 tablespoons water

How to make:
Boil 500 ml of water. Enter the shark fin. Boil 30 minutes. Drain and discard the water.
Boil fins back in 500 ml of cold water. Do this back 4 times in a row.
Simmer broth with green onion, ginger, and a shark fin. Reduce heat.
Meanwhile sauteed chicken, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, rice wine, and wine vinegar. Allow the wine to evaporate.
Pour broth, soy sauce, sugar, salt and Thicken with cornstarch solution. Serve hot.
