How to Make Meat Soup
Materials needed to make the stew:
500 g Beef, diced
1 lime fruit, take the water
500 ml water
2 stalk Carrots, cut crosswise
100 gr Corn pipil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 onions, chopped coarse
2 cm ginger, crushed
1 tsp pepper powder
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1 stalk Spring onion, cut into 2 cm
2 tbsp fried onions
How to Make Meat Soup:
1. Marinate the meat with lime juice, and let stand about 15 minutes, then rinse again and drain.
2. Boil meat until tender.
3. Add the carrots, corn, garlic, onion, and ginger. Cook until carrot is tender.
4. Season with pepper, salt, and sugar, to taste until it is enough and fit.
5. Add sliced leeks, stirring until boiling.
6. Remove and sprinkle with fried onions.
